"In this day and age its always difficult to know who to trust in the industries business as you hear so may horror stories about builders who take advantage of customers, don't complete jobs to a satisfactory standard or put the customer through so much stress that they wish they had never begun the project in the first place.

I had all these thoughts going through my head when I decided to have my bathroom redesigned in my house. I had planned to invest a large sum of money to gain the luxury bathroom I required, but I just needed to find the right builders to complete this project.

Some friends living in my area were having some building work done by a company called Dell Developments. I approached my friends to find out how they we finding the company and if they were pleased with the work that was being done, they seemed to be satisfied with both. I approached the builders on site and asked if they would be able to do my bathroom, within that day they had contacted their boss to come and discuss the project with me.

The person that came to assess the project was Glen who is one of the partners of Dell Developments. It was obvious from the beginning that he had the customers best interest in his thoughts and was willing to put himself out to ensure that the project would be completed to the highest standards and give me the bathroom that I dreamed of.

Glen ensured that everything was organised from the skip to all the final fixtures and fittings, he spent time discussing what I wanted and ensuring that the over all effect would be what I was expecting. To ensure that the fittings were correct before ordering them we would meet in the shops to check the fixtures to ensure they were what I was expecting before ordering them.

As a person I am not good at mess and although I knew that the bathroom would not be able to be completed without this I was dreading living in chaos for two weeks, but didn't have to worry I have never met such tidy builders - ensuring that carpets were covered completely and that at the end of the day everything was tidied away so the house was habitable for the evenings without any in convince to my family and me.

The builders and other partners of Dell Developments were all friendly and polite and nothing was to much trouble. The whole building experience that I had been not looking forward to was like plan sailing. All the work was completed when they said it would be and I was left with the stunning bathroom that I had dreamed of.

Glen and his partners checked everything to ensure their would be no problems, but ensured me that if there were any issue's that arouse they would come and sort them out straight away. We had one problem that occurred with a loose fitting and as true as their word this was dealt with on the same day that it noticed.

It's a year now that I've had my luxury bathroom and I have had no issues with any of the work or finishing's, but I know if I have any problems I just need to pick up the phone and it will be sorted out.

I would recommend Dell Developments to anyone who needs building work completed and are looking for a company that has a passion for their work. They maintain the highest of standards from customer care to the practical building work, an excellent company."
