Academicals Youth FC get Dell branded kits!
Dell Developments has committed to a joint sponsorship package with M&R Airflow Systems Ltd to provide up and coming football squad, Academicals Youth FC, with training and match clothing for the 2007 - 2008 season as well as club equipment and funding for a website.
Academicals Youth FC is a new football club entering under 8's and under 9's teams into the Eastleigh and District mini league. The club is showing huge potential with a number of its young players already selected by some of the country's premiership clubs. It is the club's aim to not only to teach the children football skills but valuable skills for later on in life, whether they become professional players or not. Based in Eastleigh and providing training sessions throughout the week, coaches have great aspirations for both the players and club.

Dell development gets NHBC stamp of approval.
Local developers complete on property and secure Buildmark warranty for customers.
The top quality construction of Dell Developments' latest new-build has secured NHBC registration for the southern based property firm - enabling them to provide customers assurances of superior workmanship and a 10-year Buildmark Warranty with all their new properties.
The completion of the single new-build in Alexander Grove, Fareham was of such high quality that it not only left the buyers impressed but also invited high praise from the NHBC approved inspectors who endorsed Dell Developments for a superior design, build and finish.
The spacious two bedroom property which included a living area, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom, enclosed rear garden, front driveway and a convenient rear parking area was inspected by the NHBC at different phases of construction to assess that the build standard adhered to their stringent guidelines.
NHBC, (the National House-Building Council), is the standard setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK. Their role is to work with the house-building and wider construction industry to provide risk management services that raise the standards of new homes, and to provide consumer protection to new home buyers. As registered developers, Dell Developments agree to comply with NHBC Rules and Standards when building new homes and are monitored and as such their customers benefit from a 10-year Buildmark warranty and insurance policy.
